Email testimony from 07/2014 from a long-time resident of Orange County: “I live in Orange County, which is just to the southeast of Los Angeles, and which has areas noticeably hostile to black people. In particular, Yorba Linda had at least one incident recently where a black family left after being hounded from their house. Yorba Linda is a very affluent place, but not without its rowdier element.”
