Comments
No information beyond census data. In 1990, the two NW MCDs (Ludville and Talking Rock) had no black households and just two blacks each. The other two MCDs (Jasper and Tate) had 243 blacks. Ludville and Talking Rock adjoin Gilmer County, which showed a dramatic decline in black population between 1910 and 1920, when nearby counties went sundown, and may have done so itself. Pickens County never went sundown as a whole but its NW portion may have. Information needed.
