Comments

One individual recalls segregation in Peru in 1960, claiming, “my family was dining at a place called The Log Cabin in Peru and I remember walking into the restaurant seeing “reserved” signs on all the tables. When I pointed that out to my father, he told me that the signs were there just to keep the “coloreds” out of the restaurant.” February 2013
