Comments
Probable sundown counties border Murray to the east. In 1990, of 42 blacks in the county, 36 lived in Chatsworth MCD, including 20 in the town. In the other three MCDs lived just one black household, 2 black teenagers, and 1 other black person. No confirming information, but it may be that 3/4 of the county was sundown. However, in earlier decades the black population was larger, and the decline was gradual. More data needed.
