Comments
We received an email in 2010 from a messenger who told us about a “conversation with a young man who said that he recently bought a home in Linglestown, PA and there were deed restrictions about nonwhite buyers. When he asked questions about having it changed, they said they don’t change them but the law supersedes it (as you already know).
