“I have also heard of Leland Grove. In fact it is right across from where I live and is where Amanda lived. I’m not positive about the policy still being in effect but there are not many if any blacks in that neighborhood. Second, there is a private country club in that section of town that had a policy against black and minority members.” (Local resident, 2000)
