Comments

Kennewick appears to be in Benton County, which seems to be invented after 1890. In 1930 it had just 6 blacks in 10,952 pop., including just 1 female. Pasco seems to be in Franklin County, which had 9 blacks in 6,137 pop. in 1930, 5 males and 4 females. By 1950, there are lots of blacks in Franklin County, 998, and 252 in Benton County, perhaps owing to Hanford.
