My mother says that when she first began working in the agency, 2002-2003, and was going to be make her first sale, she was told specifically not to sell indians and blacks, she worked there until about 2005 and says it was still common practice then. In my opinion, you can still walk around floral park and be very surprised to see a black family here, I can not think of any right now!
