Comments

A resident stated that Cuba was a sundown town and there was a sign announcing that until the late 1940’s to early 1950’s, when an African American farmer and his family moved in. The resident stated that the family was a good addition to the town, his kindness and children’s good behavior helped reform the town’s attitude toward African American’s.
